Thermtech Professional Insulation is a full service company with a broad range of products and services to provide our customers complete satisfaction in all phases of construction. We provide insulation and more…a lot more. Products and services include various insulation products, fireplaces, garage doors, outdoor kitchens, closet organizers and more.

Thermtech Management Team

Partnering to form Thermtech Professional Insulation are Andy Walker and Greg Frisbee. Andy is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Accounting.  He is the founder and CEO of Walker Contracting Group as well as President of Azalea Management and Leasing, Inc. Greg is a graduate of Western Carolina University and is the CEO of Pisgah Insulation and Fireplaces. Together Andy and Greg bring many years of construction, insulation and business experience to Thermtech.

Michelle Ellsworth is the Controller for Thermtech Professional Insulation.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of South Florida.  Previously she worked as an accounting manager, a cost analyst, and an auditor.

Alan Culbertson is the Sales Manager for Thermtech professional insulation.  He has held sales and management positions in a number of companies in Western North Carolina and has worked in the construction supply industry for over 25 years.

Mark Leatherwood is the insulation supervisor for Thermtech Professional Insulation.  Mark is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Mark has worked in the construction field since 2002 and also has experience with the hearth and garage door aspects of construction.

 Janet Ward is Thermtech's showroom sales associate. She brings with her a smile and twenty-three years of experience serving WNC in the woodstove and gas log industry.

 Rick Harbin has spent the past 14 years in the fireplace and gas line industry. Rick can answer all of your fireplace questions with the knowledge that only comes from experience.
